The 2012 London Olympic Athletes Village is being developed on behalf of the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) by LendLease, with an affordable housing joint venture partner Triathlon. The scheme contains significant areas of retail, leisure, hotel and employment space, more than 4,500 homes, education and community facilities and an extensive network of landscape and public open space across the site. Fast and efficient public transport will make Stratford the focus for this area of London and support a mixed-use development of scale and significance.
